Reservation & Booking Entry Guide
Creating walk-ins, phone bookings, OTA vouchers, and logging advance payments in Staylink PMS.
Staylink PMS is optimized for high-speed front desk operation. A complete reservation with advance payment and WhatsApp confirmation voucher takes less than 30 seconds to generate.
1. Creating a New Booking
- From the Staylink Dashboard or Tape Chart, click + New Reservation or drag across desired room dates on the calendar.
- Enter guest phone number. If the guest has previously stayed, their name, GST details, and past preferences auto-populate immediately.
- Select check-in & check-out dates, room category (Deluxe, Executive, Suite), and meal plan (EP, CP, MAP, AP).
- Select booking source: Direct Walk-in, Website Engine, Corporate Account, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Booking.com.
2. Advance Payment & Automated WhatsApp Voucher
Record advance deposits via Cash, Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer. Once saved, Staylink PMS automatically dispatches an official branded PDF booking voucher and Google Maps directions straight to the guest’s WhatsApp number.
3. GST Auto-Calculation
Staylink automatically applies the applicable GST slab (5% or 18%) depending on the declared room tariff, generating dual CGST/SGST or IGST tax breakdowns for full compliance.
