Staylink PMS pricing is transparently structured by Property Size (1–10, 11–25, 26–50, 50–100 Rooms). Base rates start at ₹1,200/month for PMS, ₹1,600/month with FoodPOS, and ₹2,400/month for the All-in-One Full Stack Suite. Opting for the 12-Month Plan waives the ₹3,000 setup fee completely (FREE Setup) and grants +1 Month Extra Validity FREE (13 Months Total) plus a Complimentary Direct Booking Engine. Every plan includes 2 PC Licenses + 4 Mobile App Licenses FREE. As agreed, GST is NOT applicable and will not be charged.

- Setup & Training Inclusions: Complete account configuration, room inventory & category setup, basic menu/room setup, GST invoice template styling, and interactive staff onboarding in Hindi and English.
- Setup & Training Fee Waiver: Standard setup fee of ₹3,000 applies to 3-month plans and ₹2,000 to 6-month plans. Completely WAIVED (₹0 / FREE) for all 12-month plans.
- GST Clause: GST is NOT included and will not be charged as per the current billing structure.
- All Prices in INR (₹): Transparent commercial pricing with no hidden charges or per-booking commissions.
- Integrations Note: Direct 50+ OTA 2-way sync with MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc. Google Hotels integration is excluded as requested.

Our hospitality onboarding team configures your entire room categories, seasonal tariff slabs, tax profiles, and FoodPOS restaurant menu with dedicated 1-on-1 assistance.
Can I upgrade my room tier or add OTA sync mid-year?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade between room tiers (e.g. 10 rooms to 25 rooms) or enable the 50+ OTA Channel Manager anytime with pro-rata billing.
