Staylink PMS is a 100% Cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS). There are no physical boxes, CDs, or hardware dongles shipped. All software licenses, tenant databases, and mobile applications are provisioned digitally within minutes of subscription confirmation.
1. Delivery Mode & Process
Upon successful payment or demo activation:
- Instant Tenant Provisioning: Your dedicated cloud workspace URL and administrative credentials are dispatched to your registered email and WhatsApp number within 15 to 30 minutes.
- Staff Mobile App Access: The Staylink Android & iOS mobile apps can be downloaded immediately via Google Play Store / Apple App Store with direct staff invitation tokens.
- Onboarding & Setup Timeline: Personalized hotel room setup, rate plan creation, and staff video training are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of account creation.
2. Shipping Charges
Since all services are delivered digitally over high-speed encrypted cloud infrastructure, shipping charges are ₹0 (FREE) across all states in India.
